If a gin could capture the taste of summer in a bottle this is it. Our Early Harvest Gin uses the flowers and berries that are found in the Peak District hills around our distillery. The summer flowers create a delicately crafted and beautifully smooth gin. You’ll smell hints of elderflower, wild bilberries and gorse. You’ll taste berries alongside the fresh, green flavours of bilberry leaf and the familiar pine of juniper. A finish of warming Szechuan pepper rounds off this elegant expression of summer.
