Shivering Mountain Premium Pink Gin

Our Premium Pink Gin is the epitome of purity and craft. Instead of adding sweetener we’ve crafted the perfect balance of real grapefruit and citrus juiceswith our dry gin base. The result is a deliciously refreshing, lightly aromatic gin with a smooth, crisp citrus finish.

Pink Shudder

This is our twist on the classic pink gin, It combines wonderful layers of sweetness and bitterness in equal measure. First you’ll taste the Blanco Vermouth and honey, followed by the crisp Angostura Bitters and grapefruit. Simply pour all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker full of crushed ice, shake well and strain into an ice-cold coupe glass. Garnish with a slice of grapefruit and sprig of mint. Sit back and enjoy.

Ingredients

50ml Shivering Mountain Premium Pink Gin
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
25ml Blanco Vermouth
5ml honeyGrapefruit and mint to garnish

Rhubarb Rumble

Grapefruit and Rhubarb are a stunning combination. This bitter sweet cocktail is a landslide of flavours. Put 2 tablespoons of rhubarb syrup into a cocktail shaker. Then add 1/₄ of a cup of fresh grapefruit juice. Add 60ml of Shivering Mountain Premium Pink Gin. Shake well and pour into a tall glass full of ice. Top up with a light and fragrant tonic water, something like Fever Tree‘s Mediterranean Tonic is perfect. Garnish with a slice of grapefruit.

2 tablespoons rhubarb syrup
¼ cup grapefruit juice
60ml Shivering Mountian Premium Pink Gin
Fever Tree Mediterranean Tonic
Grapefruit to garnish
